Learning to draw in public

I’m learning to draw. In the age of AI, I think the right response is to be more human.

I’m not looking to become a famous artist, I’m not looking to make money, I’m not looking to gain a skill that I can profit from. I’m only looking to get slightly better at doodling, and enjoy myself.

So: Inktober. One prompt a day for the month of October, drawn in ink. Ink lets you embrace the mistakes, and the mistakes and constraints is where we grow.

Join me. I’ll post my doodles at /inktober/. I expect them to be bad, and I hope for them to be 1% less bad every day. At the end of the month I hope to have learned how to see again.
